Thanks … and all things Pumpkin!

“At times our own light goes out and is rekindled by a spark from another person. Each of us has cause to think with deep gratitude of those who have lighted the flame within us.” – Albert Schweitzer

Gratitude. Love and Thanksgiving. This is the season where we pause to ponder the blessings of our lives. What are you thankful for this year? Last week I had the great honor of sharing a gratitude luncheon with the mental health team I’m so blessed to work with. So much gratitude … for the simple things in life. My heart is so full of gratitude big and small this year …. Grateful Kevin is 2 years cancer free from Stage IV cancer! More grateful of the person he has become through this journey. Grateful for my beautiful boys and family. Grateful for my new family in Africa. Grateful for my home, the luxuries of electricity and clean water, and the awareness of the blessings we have in this country. Gratitude for the community that is family to me …. So much abundance. My heart humbles to my knees in gratitude.

Meet Pumpkin Two Ways! In the season of Thanksgiving, what else is there to do than make Pumpkin Soap! So, I trekked into the world of pumpkin puree and goat’s milk and came up with two beautiful soaps. Both are made with organic cocoa as well. Pumpkin Spice is hot-processed which leads to a more rustic look. Pumpkin Pie is cold-processed with a layering of cocoa and pumpkin and a sparkle of pumpkin pie spice on top! They smell good enough to eat! The combination of pumpkin and goat’s milk is pure luxury for your skin.

Wishing each of you love and gratitude this Thanksgiving. May you bask in the abundance of your everyday life … Love you all.

xoxo
